Rob Mendrop has been in the landscape industry for over 35 years. Most of his career has been Landscape & Irrigation design and installation. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. Degree in Horticulture and Business.
Over the last decade he has incorporated bamboo into his landscape career by growing, harvesting, curing,propagating, designing, wearing, eating, and studying. He has been conducting workshops, teaching classes at colleges, universities, garden clubs, and plant societies. He has been featured in the New Orleans Times Picayune twice, New Orleans Magazine, Louisiana Home & Garden, Vicksburg Post, and Portico Magazine in Jackson, Ms.
